La prima officina si chiamava Firestarter Garage e l’ho aperta nel 1998 a Pescara, sul Lungomare Matteotti.
Il nome veniva proprio dal ricordo di come avevo iniziato, sotto il garage di casa mia, e Firestarter “Appicciafuoco” era la scintilla da cui tutto inziava. Fu assoluta follia pensare di aprire un officina e un negozio dedicato al mondo del customizing in quel periodo in cui davvero anche non se ne sapeva nulla, e lo era maggiormente farlo in centro Italia, in Abruzzo, a Pescara.
The first workshop was called Firestarter Garage and I opened it in 1998 in Pescara, on the Lungomare Matteotti.
The name came from the memory of how I had started, under the garage of my house, and Firestarter “Appicciafuoco” was the spark from which it all began. It was absolute madness to think of opening a workshop and a shop dedicated to the world of customizing in that period when really nothing was known about it, and it was more so in central Italy, in Abruzzo, in Pescara.
